LIQUOR ACT 2007 - SECT 133
Establishing local liquor accord
(1) Any 2 or more eligible parties (at least one of whom is a licensee) may
enter into a local liquor accord.
(2) A local liquor accord must include--
(a) the names of the parties to the accord, and
(b) the name and address of
the coordinator of the accord (being a party to the accord or the
representative of a party), and
(c) the area to which the accord applies, and
(d) any other matter that may be prescribed by the regulations.
(3) The
Secretary is to endeavour to ensure that local liquor accords are prepared
for, and apply to, all areas of the State.
