LIQUOR ACT 2007 - SECT 50
Drink on-premises authorisation
(1) The Authority may, on application by the holder of a producer/wholesaler
licence, endorse the licence with an authorisation (referred to as a
"drink on-premises authorisation" ) relating to the sale, supply and
consumption of liquor on the licensed premises.
(2) A
drink on-premises authorisation authorises the licensee to sell liquor by
retail on the licensed premises, for consumption on the licensed premises
only-- (a) on any day of the week (except a restricted trading day)--during
the standard trading period for that day or during such other period as may be
authorised by an extended trading authorisation, and
(b) on 31 December in
any year--from the start of the standard trading period for that day until 2
am on the next succeeding day, and
(c) on a restricted trading day--from noon
to 10 pm.
