LIQUOR ACT 2007 - SECT 96
Temporary premises
(1) If, for any reason, any licensed premises are (or are about to be)
rendered unfit for the carrying on of business on the premises, the Authority
may, on application by the licensee, authorise the licensee to temporarily
carry on business under the licence either on some part of the
licensed premises approved by the Authority or on some other premises approved
by the Authority.
(2) The licensee may carry on business on the temporary
premises for a period of not more than 12 months (or such longer period as may
be allowed by the Authority on application by the licensee before the
expiration of the period sought to be extended).
(3) An application under
this section must-- (a) be accompanied by the fee prescribed by the
regulations, and
(b) if required by the regulations to be advertised--be
advertised in accordance with the regulations.
