35 Displacement of Corporations legislation

The following provisions of this Act are declared to be Corporations legislation displacement provisions for the purposes of section 5G of the Corporations Act in relation to the provisions of the Corporations legislation generally--

(a) section 4 (Authorisation for asset transfer, concession and re-vesting),

(b) section 9 (Establishment of transaction companies),

(c) section 11 (Direction and control of transaction companies),

(d) Part 6 (Emergency step-in powers).
