LAND ACQUISITION (JUST TERMS COMPENSATION) ACT 1991 - SECT 7B
Authority empowered to acquire its own land
7B Authority empowered to acquire its own land
An authority of the State that is authorised by law to acquire land by
compulsory process in accordance with this Act may so acquire the land even if
the land is vested in the authority itself.
