Commissioner may order destruction of identification particulars
137C Commissioner may order destruction of identification particulars
(1)
The Commissioner may, in such cases as the Commissioner considers it to be
appropriate, order the destruction of any photograph, finger-prints or
palm-prints of a person that have been taken under this Division in relation
to an offence.
(2) This section does not affect any requirement under this
Division relating to the destruction of a person's photograph, finger-prints
or palm-prints.
