What is a council's name?
221 What is a council's name?
(1) The name of a council of an area other
than a city is the "Council of X" or the "X Council", X being the name of the
council's area.
(2) The name of a council of a city is the "Council of the
City of X" or the "X City Council", X being the name of the city.
