Proposal to establish or dissolve a county council or amend its constitution
383 Proposal to establish or dissolve a county council or amend its
constitution
(1) A council, a county council, a public authority or the
Departmental Chief Executive may make a proposal to the Minister to establish
or dissolve a county council or to amend the constitution of a county council.
(2) The Minister may propose to establish or dissolve a county council or to
amend the constitution of a county council.
