LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 - SECT 42
Revocation and cessation of plans of management
42 Revocation and cessation of plans of management
(1) A plan of management
for community land may be revoked by a plan of management adopted under this
Division by the council.
(2) A plan of management ceases to apply to land
if-- (a) the land is reclassified as operational land, or
(b) in the case of
land that is not owned by the council--the land ceases to be controlled by the
council.
