LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 - SECT 438D
Performance improvement order to be made public
438D Performance improvement order to be made public
(1) The Departmental
Chief Executive is to cause any performance improvement order issued by the
Minister to be published on the Department's website.
(2) A council is to
cause any performance improvement order issued in respect of the council to be
published on the council's website.
