Power to levy environmental upgrade charge
54I Power to levy environmental upgrade charge
(1) A council may levy an
environmental upgrade charge in accordance with an environmental upgrade
agreement.
(2) An environmental upgrade charge may be levied only on the land
on which the building to which the environmental upgrade agreement relates is
erected or, in the case of a strata building, the land that is the subject of
the relevant strata scheme.
