What happens to the money paid to the State under the Commonwealth Act?
619 What happens to the money paid to the State under the Commonwealth Act?
(1) There is to be deposited into the Local Government Financial Assistance
Fund established in the Special Deposits Account in the Treasury all money
paid to the State under the Commonwealth Act.
(2) There is to be paid from
that Fund the amounts that the Minister decides to allocate to councils under
this Division.
