New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA person who wilfully obstructs any of the following in the exercise of any function under this Act, or any other Act or any regulation conferring functions on a council is guilty of an offence--
• the Minister
• the Departmental Chief Executive
• a person authorised under section 746
• an auditor appointed under Part 3 of Chapter 13
• a council
• a councillor
• an administrator of a council appointed under this Act
• an employee of a council
• a police officer
• a person duly authorised to perform the function for the purposes of the Act or regulation concerned.
