LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 - SECT 681
Removal of offenders from community land
681 Removal of offenders from community land
(1) A person committing an
offence against this Act on community land may be removed from the land by an
authorised person.
(2) Reasonable force may be used to effect the person's
removal.
(3) The removal of the person does not affect the person's liability
to be prosecuted for an offence.
