Delegation of functions by the Departmental Chief Executive
745 Delegation of functions by the Departmental Chief Executive
(1) The
Departmental Chief Executive may delegate to any person any of the
Departmental Chief Executive's functions under this Act, other than this power
of delegation.
(2) A delegate may subdelegate to a person employed in the
Department any function delegated by the Departmental Chief Executive if the
delegate is authorised in writing to do so by the Departmental Chief
Executive.
