MINING ACT 1992 - SECT 218A

218A Records
(1) The Secretary is to cause to be kept a record of-- (a) every application
for a mineral claim that is received by the Secretary, and
(b) every mineral
claim granted, renewed, varied, transferred or cancelled by the Secretary.
(2) Such a record must be kept in the form, and must contain the particulars,
required by the Secretary.
(3) The record must be kept available at the
office of the Department for inspection, free of charge, by members of the
public.
