Review of Royalties for Rejuvenation Fund
389A Review of Royalties for Rejuvenation Fund
(1) The Secretary is to
review sections 292W and 292X to determine whether the policy objectives of
the provisions remain valid and whether the terms of the provisions remain
appropriate for securing the objectives.
(2) The review is to be undertaken
as soon as possible after the period of 3 years from the commencement of the
provisions.
(3) A report on the outcome of the review is to be provided to
the Minister as soon as practicable after the review is undertaken.
