MOTOR DEALERS AND REPAIRERS ACT 2013 - SECT 107

107 Register of Undertakings

(1) The Secretary must lodge a copy of any deed executed under this Division with the principal registrar of the Tribunal and give a copy of the deed to the licence holder who executed it.

(2) The Secretary must retain all deeds executed under this Division and register the deeds in a Register of Undertakings kept by the Secretary and containing the particulars prescribed by the regulations.
