MOTOR DEALERS AND REPAIRERS ACT 2013 - SECT 47
Offences
47 Offences
(1) A person who is disqualified under this Division from being involved in
the direction, management or conduct of a business must not act contrary to
the disqualification. : Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) The holder or
former holder of a licence suspended or cancelled under this Division must
not, without reasonable excuse, fail to return the licence to the Secretary
within 7 days of the suspension or cancellation taking effect. : Maximum
penalty--20 penalty units.
