MOTOR DEALERS AND REPAIRERS ACT 2013 - SECT 89
Motor dealer must notify consignment sales
(1) A motor dealer who proposes to commence to sell motor vehicles on
consignment must give the Secretary notice in writing of that intention. :
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) A notification by the motor dealer in
an application for a motor dealer's licence or to renew a motor dealer's
licence that is made before a motor dealer commences to sell motor vehicles on
consignment is sufficient notice for this section.
