Language of garbage management plan

109 Language of garbage management plan

(1) The garbage management plan on an Australian ship must be written in the English language.
(2) The garbage management plan on a foreign ship must be written in the official language of the country whose flag the ship is entitled to fly, or in one of the official languages of that country.
(3) The garbage management plan on any ship must also be written in the working language of the master of, and the majority of officers on board, the ship.
