New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf oil or a noxious liquid substance is discharged into State waters from 2 or more ships in, or in connection with, a transfer operation, and it is not reasonably practicable to identify the oil or noxious liquid substance that has discharged from a particular ship, all of the oil or noxious liquid substance is taken, for the purposes of this Part, to have been discharged from each of those ships.
