New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA matter or thing done or omitted to be done by an inspector, a person whom the Minister authorises for the purposes of a section of this Act or any person acting with the authority or on the direction of an inspector or the Minister does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted in good faith for the purpose of executing this or any other Act, subject the inspector or person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
