NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 153A

Leases etc relating to wilderness areas

153A Leases etc relating to wilderness areas

The Minister shall not--

(a) grant a lease or licence under section 151, or
(c) grant a lease, licence, easement or right of way under section 153D,
in respect of land that is within a wilderness area.
