NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 176B
Ancillary offences
176B Ancillary offences
(1) A person who-- (a) aids, abets, counsels or procures another person to
commit, or
(b) attempts to commit, or
(c) conspires to commit,
an offence
under another provision of this Act or the regulations is guilty of an offence
under that other provision and is liable, on conviction, to the same penalty
applicable to an offence under that other provision.
(2) A person does not
commit an offence because of this section for any act or omission that is an
offence under section 176C.
