New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Soil Conservation Act 1938 applies to and in respect of lands within a national park or historic site, but any experimental or research work conducted pursuant to section 6 of that Act upon those lands shall be undertaken only with the concurrence of the Secretary and subject to such conditions and restrictions as the Secretary may impose.
