NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 47Z
Restrictions on dealing with land within regional parks
(1) Despite anything in this or any other Act, land within a regional park is
not to be dealt with except as provided under this Act.
(2) Without limiting
the generality of subsection (1), land within a regional park is not to be
dedicated, reserved or otherwise dealt with under Parts 2 and 3 of the
Crown Land Management Act 2016 .
