NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 91O

91O Other person may carry out remediation work if failure to comply with direction

(1) If a person fails to comply with a direction under section 91K or 91L, the Secretary may direct any other person to enter the land concerned and carry out all or part of the specified work.

(2) The Secretary may recover the cost of that work from the person given the direction in any court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due by that person to the Crown.
