NSW TRUSTEE AND GUARDIAN ACT 2009 - SECT 107
Policies about common funds
(1) The NSW Trustee may determine policies, not inconsistent with this Act,
relating to the nature, management and operation of a common fund, and in
particular for or with respect to all or any of the following-- (a) the class
or classes of money that may be included in the fund,
(b) the class or
classes of investment in which money to the credit of the fund may be
invested,
(c) the portfolios and accounts of a fund,
(d) the manner in which
interest is to be credited and apportioned,
(e) the manner in which profit or
loss of a capital nature is to be determined and apportioned,
(f) the manner
of entry to and exit from the fund,
(g) the determination, and the frequency
of determination, of the value of investments in the fund,
(h) the
determination of the method of valuation by reference to which investments in
and withdrawals from the fund are to be made,
(i) the intervals at which, and
the method by which, payment or allocation of the income arising from the fund
is to be made.
(2) The NSW Trustee may amend or replace the policies from
time to time.
