5 Constitution of NSW Trustee and Guardian

There is constituted by this Act a corporation with the corporate name of the NSW Trustee and Guardian.

Note : In this Act, the NSW Trustee and Guardian is referred to as the NSW Trustee (see section 3 (1)).
