Remuneration of trustees
12 Remuneration of trustees
(1) The rule against perpetuities does not invalidate a power or other
provision for remunerating a trustee for the trustee's services.
(2) This
section applies to a power or other provision for remunerating a trustee
taking effect before, on or after the appointed day.
