Entering into agreements
45 Entering into agreements
(1) Notwithstanding any rule of public policy to the contrary, two persons who
are not married to each other may enter into a domestic relationship agreement
or termination agreement.
(2) Nothing in a domestic relationship agreement or
termination agreement affects the power of a court to make an order with
respect to the right to custody of, maintenance of or access to or otherwise
in relation to the children of the parties to the agreement.
