PUBLIC HEALTH (TOBACCO) ACT 2008 - SECT 10
Tobacco products, non-tobacco smoking products and smoking accessories to be sold from one place on premises
(1) The occupier of premises on which tobacco products or
non-tobacco smoking products are sold must ensure that those products, and any
smoking accessories, are sold from only one point of sale on those premises. :
Maximum penalty--100 penalty units, in the case of an individual and 500
penalty units, in the case of a corporation.
(2) For the purposes of this
section, a
"point of sale" includes a cash register but does not include a
tobacco vending machine.
