PRIVATE HEALTH FACILITIES ACT 2007 - SECT 53

53 Obstruction of officers and failure to comply with direction

A person must not--

(a) wilfully delay or obstruct an authorised officer in the exercise of the authorised officer's functions under this Act, or

(b) fail to comply with a direction under this Part.

: Maximum penalty--200 penalty units.

Note : Section 307B of the Crimes Act 1900 makes it an offence to provide false or misleading information to an authorised officer.
