POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2003 - SECT 10
Prescribed power of attorney does not confer authority to act as trustee
(cf 1919 No 6, s 163B (2) (a))
A prescribed power of attorney does not confer authority to exercise any
function as a trustee that is conferred or imposed on the principal.
