ROADS ACT 1993 - SECT 159
TfNSW may place land under control of council
159 TfNSW may place land under control of council
(1) TfNSW, with the agreement of the council, may, by order published in the
Gazette, place any land owned by TfNSW under the control of the council of the
local government area within which the land is situated.
(2) While such an
order is in force, the land is a public reserve within the meaning of the
Local Government Act 1993 .
