Public submissions and claims of interest
186 Public submissions and claims of interest
(1) Any person may make submissions to the Minister with respect to the
proposed acquisition of land under this Division.
(2) Any person who believes
that he or she may have an interest in the land proposed to be acquired may
lodge a claim of interest with the Minister.
(3) A claim of interest-- (a)
must contain the full name and residential address of the claimant, the
claimant's address for service of notices and particulars of title of the land
in respect of which the claim is made, and
(b) must specify the interest that
the claimant claims to have in the land, and
(c) must state whether the
claimant is aware of any other person who has an interest in the land and, if
so, must also state, to the extent to which the claimant is aware of them, the
name and residential address of that person and particulars of the interest.
