213 Tolls and charges for tollways

(1) TfNSW may levy and collect tolls and charges for traffic using a tollway.

(2) TfNSW may, on such terms as it may decide--

(a) lease the operation of a tollway, or

(b) lease the collection of tolls and charges on a tollway.

(3) The amount of any toll or charge must not exceed the amount prescribed by or in accordance with the regulations.
