ROYAL BOTANIC GARDENS AND DOMAIN TRUST ACT 1980 - SECT 23

23 Proceedings for offences

(1) Proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations may be disposed of summarily before the Local Court.

(2) Any such proceedings may only be commenced by information laid within 12 months after the time when the offence is alleged to have been committed.
