RURAL FIRES ACT 1997 - SECT 62G
Neighbourhood safer places may be signposted
62G Neighbourhood safer places may be signposted
(1) The Commissioner may
cause a signpost to be erected on a neighbourhood safer place for the purpose
of identifying the place as a neighbourhood safer place.
(2) A person must
not, without reasonable excuse, damage, remove or interfere with a signpost
referred to in subsection (1) that is located on a neighbourhood safer place.
: Maximum penalty--10 penalty units.
