RURAL FIRES ACT 1997 - SECT 62J

62J Definitions

(1) In this Part--

"private land" means land that is not public land.

"public land" means managed land, unoccupied Crown land, or land owned or occupied by a public authority.

(2) For the purposes of this Part and without limiting the meaning of the term
"occupier" in this Act, a public authority responsible for any particular land is taken to be the occupier of the land.
