RURAL FIRES ACT 1997 - SECT 62ZE
Certain damage to property caused by fire trail rectification work covered by fire insurance
62ZE Certain damage to property caused by fire trail rectification work
covered by fire insurance
(1) Any damage to property caused by a person in
the exercise in good faith of a power conferred by or under this Division is
to be taken to be damage by fire within the meaning of any policy of insurance
against fire covering the damaged property.
(2) This section does not apply
in relation to an entry on land that is authorised by section 62ZP.
