80 Meaning of "renewal" of lease

A reference in this Act to the renewal of a retail shop lease (
"the current lease" ) is a reference to the lessor and the lessee under the current lease entering into a new retail shop lease for the retail shop to which the current lease relates (whether or not on the same terms as the current lease).
