RESIDENTIAL (LAND LEASE) COMMUNITIES ACT 2013 - SECT 14
Commissioner to keep Register
(1) The Commissioner is to keep a Register of Communities.
(2) The Register
may be kept in such form as the Commissioner considers appropriate.
(3) The
Commissioner is to ensure that information on the Register is kept up to date.
In particular, the Commissioner may remove any information from the Register
that appears to the Commissioner to be out of date.
(4) The Commissioner may
correct any error in or omission from the Register.
(5) A community is
registered if the particulars of the community are currently included in the
Register.
