RESIDENTIAL (LAND LEASE) COMMUNITIES ACT 2013 - SECT 52
Change of operator
(1) If another person becomes the operator of a community, the benefits and
obligations under existing site agreements pass from the old operator to the
new operator.
(2) The new operator must, within 14 days after becoming the
operator, give all existing home owners in the community a notice stating the
operator's name and business address. : Maximum penalty--10 penalty units.
