RESIDENTIAL (LAND LEASE) COMMUNITIES ACT 2013 - SECT 80
Separate measurement or metering of supply of utility
80 Separate measurement or metering of supply of utility
(1) This section applies if-- (a) the use by the home owner under a
site agreement of a utility at the residential site is not separately measured
or metered, and
(b) the operator wishes to separately measure or meter the
use of the utility at the residential site.
(2) The operator of a community
must pay the cost of installing a measuring device or meter to measure the use
of the utility at the residential site. : Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
