New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Registrar-General upon proof to the Registrar-General's satisfaction of lawful re-entry and recovery of possession by a lessor shall make such recording in the Register with respect to the re-entry and recovery as the Registrar-General thinks fit, and the estate of the lessee in such land shall thereupon determine but without releasing the lessee from the lessee's liability in respect of the breach of any covenant in such lease expressed or implied, and the Registrar-General shall cancel such lease if delivered up to the Registrar-General for that purpose.
