ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 2013 - SECT 65
TfNSW not to register registrable vehicles based outside this jurisdiction
(cf VR Act, s 9)
Transport for NSW must not register a registrable vehicle unless it is
satisfied that the vehicle's garage address is in this jurisdiction.
