RETIREMENT VILLAGES ACT 1999 - SECT 49
Operator may make village rules for new villages
(1) The operator (or proposed operator) of a proposed retirement village may
make village rules in respect of the village.
(2) The operator of a
retirement village that is in existence on the commencement of this section
may make village rules in respect of the village if, at the time the rules are
made, the village has no residents.
