SUCCESSION ACT 2006 - SECT 30
When a will takes effect
30 When a will takes effect
(cf WPA 21)
(1) A will takes effect, with respect to the property disposed of
by the will, as if it had been executed immediately before the death of the
testator.
(2) This section does not apply if a contrary intention appears in
the will.
